We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pacific Regional Sales Leader. T he primary objective of this exciting and senior role is tolead our Pacific General Safety Products Sales team. You willdrive profitable above-market growth by implementing strategic & tactical business initiatives and manage a complete portfolio of General Safety Products across the Pacific region (Australia & New Zealand) to meet the Pacific Sales AOP target and drive year on year growth. You will drive the strategy roadmap and annually create a 5-year Strategic Plan for the business to ensure faster growth than market and faster operating income conversion. You will functionally lead the team to develop the right processes and measures to ensure superior service to customers and drive for higher productivity/ profitability for the business. The role will see you work with the Functional Heads, Sales Heads and Regional Managers to understand customer needs/ sales opportunities, vendor / supplier capabilities and margin/ cost implications in pursuit of sales and profitability.

To succeed in this exciting role, you will hold credible experience with managing high revenue Sales Teams in the Industrial Safety Products industry, with both Key Account and Channel account management experience. You will possess strong market knowledge and experience being well versed in the market landscape and its customer behavior.You will ideally hold relevant tertiary qualifications which will back up your background of sales leadership success and your enthusiasm, motivation and drive to succeed will determine your success in this exciting role.
