Technical Resource Manager

The purpose of this TRM position is to develop, implement, and maintain an effective and efficient Technical Resources program, which meets contract performance objectives for the New York University System. The TRM provides daily single point liaison between the customer and Honeywell; manages O & M activities, and coordinates and monitors M & V activities for Honeywell-installed equipment in the customer’s facilities. Promote close communication between Honeywell and the customer regarding contract requirements.TRM duties include, but are not limited to:

1) Management:

a)Provide full-time single point liaison between Honeywell and the Customer on the equipment operating conditions, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Measurement & Verification (M&V) details of Honeywell-installed equipment installed under all ESPC Delivery orders associated with the customer.

b)Promote close communication between Honeywell and the customer regarding contract requirements.

2)Reporting and Analytics (M&V)

a)Administer and monitor M&V contract requirements on a day-to-day basis

3)Equipment Performance

a)Ensures optimum performance of installed systems and resolves system problems with appropriate personnel to meet contract performance objectives.

4)Site Superintendent

a)Assures that Honeywell and subcontractors provide quality service on site, while continually observing and recommending methods for increased cost containment.

5)Finance

a)Reports on-going financial performance to the customer and keeps them apprised of utility spend to ensure customer satisfaction.

6)Health, Safety and statutory compliance

a)Implements appropriate business management practices including implementation of safety plans and audit controls.

Be the face of Honeywell to with end-users, peers, and competitors in a conference setting

Use knowledge of Honeywell end-to-end product and solution development and delivery to drive increased efficiencies

Use technical expertise of complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings to enhance customer experience

25 Write documentation used by field technicians

25 Ensure Right and Fast Delivery

YOU MUST HAVE
  • BS degree in Technical or Engineering discipline
  • 5 or more years’ experience with mechanical, specifically HVAC
  • 5 or more years’ experience with DDC Control
