C2C Data Analyst

(HBT)

The

reporting analyst for HBT is part of the global C2C Data Management team

supporting the HBT business across all regions. The HBT organization is a $10+

billion SBG within Honeywell. The role support and helps manage master data,

data quality and data governance for HBT to improve effectiveness of business

processes by minimizing errors and rework due to data inaccuracies,

redundancies and process inefficiencies thereby enhancing customer experience

and reduce cost to serve

Role Description:

Support the HBT C2C team on data quality, data

management & customer master data management activities

Maintain the standards of quality and Turnaround Time

Track, report and recommend corrective actions based on data

quality measurement to ensure improvement in completeness validity and

accuracy of master data.

Work with the business to identify data opportunities supporting

use cases for improvement in business operations and processes

Help design or modify data within business applications or IT

systems

Interacts with the business stakeholders to help them analyze and

understand their problems and needs

Gathers documents and data to support analysis of business needs

and requirements

Solves specific business problems and, as needed, designs business

data solutions

Documents the functional and, sometimes, technical design (of data

for a system)

Interacts with system architects and developers to ensure the data

needs are properly implemented

Helps test the system and create system documentation and user

manuals

Run data queries and leverage statistical methods to analyze data

and generate useful business reports

Create a prioritized list of needs and data report for each

identified business use cases

Identify and recommend ways to optimize and clean-up data in

alignment with the business function

Strong understanding of Master Data Management, Data Quality and

Data Governance

Understand the stakeholder

and the urgency of the requirement and manage and plan the day to day

activities

Prior working knowledge of

SAP and other ERP’s

Skill / Qualifications:

Knowledge of business

function & processes (C2C) and has a high-level understanding of the

marketplace and general business environment

Comfortable working shift as

per business requirement (US Shift)

Ability to work with IT systems and data

management tools (SAP, Tableau, SFDC etc.)

·

Approximately 2 to 4 years of working with

business data, order management processes (querying, analyzing, reporting etc.)

Knowledge especially collections, access data base and macros

Demonstrated ability to work

in a team environment and across functional groups

Bachelors degree required;

MBA preferred

Disputes and other C2C Modules

MIS reporting

Alteryx / Informatica

YOU MUST HAVE
  • CPA or equivalent
