IT Customer Satisfaction Analyst

The IT Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Team is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting employee feedback over a broad range of IT services and systems. CSAT measurements are obtained through IT incident data and by obtaining employee feedback across multiple channels, then carefully analyzing the data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities. Timely, fast, and proactive CSAT analysis enables IT to anticipate future problems in order to minimize customer issues, eliminate

future occurrences altogether, and improve the end-to-end customer experience. CSAT is a primary organizational learning tool, enabling IT to listen, learn, and adapt to employee and business expectations in a global, dynamic, high-tech, continuous improvement, environment.

We are seeking an energetic, technically savvy individual with a passion for customer experience to be part

of a dynamic team focused on IT customer satisfaction and related process optimization. This role will be

responsible for data and trend analysis, reporting, related communications with IT stakeholders, identification and management of CSAT improvement and analytics initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT,or similar field with 3-5 years of relevant IT Customer Satisfaction work experience.
  • Strong Honeywell business acumen preferred – experience in SBGs helpful.
  • Advanced English.

  • Experience in quality or service management, or IT service delivery, in a complex & multicultural environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with, or certifications in, ITIL Foundations, CMMI, Lean, and Agile frameworks preferred.
  • Experience with relevant basic statistical methods and interpretations preferred, including experience with statistical software such as Minitab
  • Experience in customer experience / customer satisfaction preferred
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt & DFSS certification preferred
