As the Learning Planner and Administrator is a brand-new role in the company, this is an exciting
opportunity for you to directly contribute to shaping and creating both the role, but also the new TS Learning team!
You will be responsible for TS employees’ access to learning - all types of courses, ranging from web based trainings (WBT) on the Learning Management System (LMS) to instructor led trainings (ILT), internally and/or externally. Acting as a Point of Contact for your target population, you own the process related to deployment of global WBT trainings on the LMS and the logistics for the required and approved ILTs.
You are responsible for your designated area (the TS map to be split into 2 big areas, each covering its own countries).
You will report to the Learning Leader.
You will collaborate with the HR Services team for the administration of the Learning.
Management System and with the HR Generalists for the training curricula.
Create courses and offerings, upload content, assign participants (based on
lists of participants received), pull out data from the LMS, prepare reports related to Learning. Monitor overall system functionality and report issues to the dedicated system maintenance team.
Get info on training schedules and requirements, communicate with course owners, create the offerings in the system, monitor enrollment, manage logistics (number of participants, booking training rooms, accommodation etc.), order and ship supplies (materials, props etc.), coordinate virtual sessions, process
Intercompany tuition chargebacks, distribute surveys to participants and survey results to course owners.
Respond to learners’ inquiries related to available courses and learning platform related questions. When provided, gather feedback from learners on training needs (for future training development).Vendor
management tasks (point of contact for vendor to coordinate contract requirements, schedules, cancellations, reschedules, hotel accommodations, materials, etc.).

Bachelor's Degree , Proven track record of administrating a learning management platform and/ or planning learning on a large scale. Experience of operating in a complex international/matrix organization, with relatively independent and remote locations. Experience in working with minimum supervision on
Experience in using online tools and systems, preferably learning related.
Experience in remotely planning and organizing instructor led trainings.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
