E2R Product Marketing Manager

Ø Objectives

-Accelerate growth in mid-market segment by bringing to market new E2R offerings

-Identify growth opportunities. Prepare compelling, high quality business cases to justify new product introduction

-Manage performance of new E2R products against business cases

-Coordinate with technical teams in China/India all necessary adjustments in products to comply with local

regulations and customer needs for flawless products launches in the local market

-Localize selected E2R offerings in Brazil using E2R components, successfully executing project transitions from China to Brazil and accessing all available Tax Incentives

-Be the product marketing point of contact between local SBUs, HGR & China E2R

Ø Roles & Responsibilities

-Be the marketing focal point for E2R in Brazil.

-Complete review of portfolio: Assess local market needs, profitable growth opportunities and Honeywell product gaps

-Consolidate & prioritize VOC and build compelling, high quality business cases

-Owns product roadmap strategy and product introduction:

That would include but not limited to: competition analysis, pricing, opportunity

size, supply chain arrangements, product adaptation (certification, language

translation, marking, written material adjustments, MLCs), trainings, channel

reviews, channel development, rollout plans & promotions, etc.

-Ensure complete endorsement, inclusion & alignment with SBU strategy & roadmaps

-Own marketing MOS to monitor new E2R product portfolio performance vs AOP and business cases

-Coordinate PAC and HTS engagement

Ø Reporting Line

-Direct to local HGR Strategic Marketing Director

-Matrix to E2R Marketing Manager

Ø Measurements

-E2R Revenue vs AOP

-Number of E2R products successfully launched and (or) transitioned

-Meet transitions costs and schedule

-ducts successfully launched

25 Voice of the Customer

25 Conduct competitor assessments

25 Develops studies of specific market segments

25 Customer segmentation studies

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree on marketing
  • Solid product marketing management experience from 5 to 10 years
  • NPI experience
  • Executive presence
  • Industrial marketing experience within B2B companies
  • Fluent English level
