As a key member of the Americas security team, participates in strategic planning and decision making processes relative to Honeywell’s security interest.
Support Honeywell’s proprietary information protection program. Works with International Compliance to ensure export control adherence.
Support supply chain business partners in the manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and storage of company products and raw materials to ensure security standards are implemented.
Identify complex security, social, and political issues, trends, and patterns to update management of those that could impact industry and/or company business within the region.
Assures the planning and implementation of Asset Protection Program for Caribbean, Central and South American sites.
Assists in investigations of major policy and security violations within the region and/or coordinates use of regional resources.
Monitors contract guard services (MSA) and oversees compliance with performance specific guidelines.
Maintains liaison with high-level federal and state agency officials, inspection agencies and with local law enforcement authorities in the municipalities within the geographical areas in which the region operates.
Advisory and support to company travelers within the region.
Participate in the crisis management team across local affiliates during actual events.
Builds tailored security awareness programs to support prevention of workplace violence, personal security and protection of assets and proprietary data.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional Security Leader relating to advisory and consulting services, investigations, surveys and related security services and concerns.

Senior experience in security positions. Mandatory responsible roles of corporate security.
International and in-depth knowledge of advanced security systems.
Degree Preferred - Masters Degree
MBA highly desirable.
Major Preferred - Security
English/Portuguese/Spanish fluency required.
