This is an amazing opportunity for a highly-talented, enthusiastic Sales Leader to drive our dynamic sales force across the EMEA region. You will be responsible and accountable for the continued success of our retail business, specifically footwear and personal protective equipment, from our centre of operations in Central London. Dealing with our enviable distribution base, you will ensure the continued growth of our market leading Muck Boot brand across EMEA, expanding the brand and increasing the reputation of this globally recognised product. Your role will be one of leadership, business development and account management, which will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to drive your team to ensure a significant growth in revenue, and to build lasting relationships and a strong sales network in an exciting industry.
Build a roadmap that will pave the way to success for Honeywell’s Retail business in EMEA.
Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose that encompasses Honeywell’s 8 behaviors.
Act as the leader and consistently model the brand’s standards and selling behaviors.
Establish and communicate clear expectations while holding the team accountable for achieving all brand, performance, operational, and financial goals.
Lead the management team through effective execution of all performance management tools.
Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and key performance indicators for all time periods.
Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results.
