Join Honeywell Fluorine Products and be a part of overseeing and directing operations for a world-class integrated supply chain chemical manufacturing plant of a large scope. You will ensure the achievement of traditional performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team of professionals that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based chemical manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process engineering. Additionally, your strong leadership will ensure successful implementation of new product lines to be introduced at the plant in the coming years.

Use your expertise and acumen in Chemical Plant Management to lead a team of manufacturing support to drive cross-function collaboration to achieve key metrics.

Use your agility to balance business needs, aggressive timelines and functional goals.

Be a strategic leader by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives with a focus on driving excellence and continuous improvement.

20 Talent development as well as support the growth of future ISC leaders

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior level chemical based operational or maintenance management experience in a PSM based facility

  • Significant experience working in a chemical production or refining facility
  • Previous Plant Management Experience is a preference
  • Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Superior knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodology
  • Extensive chemical manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fosters teamwork and diversity
  • Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results
  • Ability to lead change, influence, and mentor others
  • Able to develop networks and build relationships
  • Ability to quickly learn chemical processing, raw material usages & yields, SAP/AOP cost review and controls.
