What Are We Looking For?

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, and driven individual to join our organisation as an integrated marketing specialist, in Bracknell. You will be joining Honeywell’s Industrial Safety (HIS) business. This part of our business is dedicated to the development of personal protective solutions that are used everyday all over the world, from the emergency service to the individuals who work on building sites. This is a captivating line of business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and deliver a customer experience by creating marketing and communications messages, plans, and strategy that support Honeywell’s Industrial Safety (HIS) business objectives and are closely aligned with the strategic marketing goals. The role will work closely with product managers, channel marketing managers and strategic marketing managers to define and communicate connected solutions that address customer needs.

Day to Day Responsibilities?

  • Work closely with HIS team to ensure products and related collateral for New Product Introduction (NPIs) are available in-country and in the correct languages for the global launch windows.
  • Work closely with HIS team to coordinate and support tradeshows and events.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Marketing team, business and external communication providers (agencies, printers, translations) to deliver marketing collateral and sales enablement tools including but not limited to customer testimonials, case studies, and web content.
  • Support, regionalize and rollout the Industrial Solutions for all external customer platforms.
  • Act as the point of contact for the Centers of Excellence, Traffic Management, Customer and Channel Marketing to ensure execution of campaigns, events, and content.
  • Manage allocated budget to ensure cost-saving at every opportunity without impact on quality as well as procurement administration to ensure delivery of services.
  • Create country- or regionally-specific campaigns whilst leveraging global campaign to support in-country business objectives.
  • Closely watch and report analytics on marketing initiatives to determine ROI
  • Deploy communications and branding guidelines and reinforce compliance locally and regionally.
  • Work with the Marcom Leader to recommend Public Relations and thought leadership activities
  • Share best practices and leverage current/new technologies in industry.

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

  • You will be degree educated, ideally related to marketing/media/communications
  • You will have a solid background and experience of working Marcom activities either via B2B or B2C
  • Previous experience of attending, and supporting at trade shows would be advantageous
  • Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced global environment, and be familiar with matrixed organisations
  • You will be driven, and a self-starter
  • You need to be a team player
  • You should be comfortable travelling; this role could require travel up to 20% of the time
