The GBE Product Assurance leader will ensure end to end ownership (NPI 1 to 6) for the risk management, risk mitigation, launch and field issues resolution. He will ensure objective risk governance and cross GBE best practices.
For every product development phase and for lead application, he will drive with his TIM early identification of risks, effective and timely closure of those risks and will drive the risk awareness and escalation throughout the organization.
GBE PA Leader will be core member of the GBE Leadership Team.
GBE PA Leader will advise leadership for an effective decision-making to balance the risk and the business success. He will be GBE representatives at the Risk Management Council and his scope will also include product development, business win, production launch, launch issue and field issues.
He will provide a PA statement, recommendations and actions if required at phase exit and approve. He will drive a Risk Management Dashboard for the GBE and will report any deviation from risk mitigation implementation
He will drive risk management culture in the entire process to achieve flawless launches.
He will have to monitor the improvement action required to drive NPI flawless launches for his GBE technology, including product qualification robustness, technology, manufacturing and supplier readiness. He could be involved in specific actions to validate external or internal process to mitigate the risk.
He will be accountable to lead with his team for the full resolution of the LIR and FIR from business and technical point of view. He will have to manage cross functional team to address the root causes, elaborate with product or application engineering the right corrective actions and represent TS in front of the customer to share the result or the status of the activities. Here as well he will monitor a LIR and FIR performance dashboard for the GBE.
Additionally, he will be responsible for driving closed- loop corrective actions in systems and processes point of view. When systemic lesson learned will be identified, he will proposed transversalization actions to modify or upgrade our internal processes in order to avoid re-occurrences issues. These input will be shared and validated thru PAC before full implementation.
GBE PA Leader will manage direct report like TIM and FIR engineers linked to his GBE technology.

Expertise Required –
Technical and Business Acumen.
Excellent technical skills, including mechanical, turbocharger and engine. Minimum 15 years engineering experiences in automotive.
Ability to organize and conduct cross functional meeting
Strong leadership profile (team builder for APQP, motivator for Platforms, facilitator for key project reviews)
