Technical Support - Mechanical

Support a design team by managing mechanical testing programs. Combustion products as a main portfolio. Mechanical laboratory expert with strong orientation on the flow controls.

Major Key Results Areas:

  • Test and evaluate mechanical gas control systems and related products in a project environment
  • Execute test and process test results. Create Test report in close co-operation with team (Design Engineer, Design Quality Assurance engineer)
  • Manage maintenance and development of test equipment (hardware and software)
  • Practical work with standard and special PC tools and applications
  • Co-operation with colleagues in all project development phases (planning, designing, testing and documentation, implementation).
  • Use of foreign languages on a daily basis (mostly English) in communication with colleagues from USA, Mexico, the Netherlands.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Mechanical University student from 2nd - 4th year.
  • The individual must demonstrate experience in test procedure definition, execution and documentation for standalone products, sub-assemblies and components
  • Basic knowledge of programming in LabView required is a benefit.
  • Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Orientation in ANSI/ISO, ASME, UL norms and standards.
  • Bilingual Czech (Slovak) / English required.
