This position is responsible for managing the overall HR Services (HRS) application development portfolio for the HR Information Technology (HR IT) team. Leader will report to the Workplace and Infrastructure Leader
Manage overall HR IT application development portfolio, including design, development, implementation, and support activities (direct and/or matrix ed)
Own overall HRS relationship, including: Payroll, Operations, Service Excellence, Data & Analytics, Direct Access, and Global Mobility
20 Develop business' IT strategy
20 Recommend IT solution roadmaps
20 Set local IT priorities
20 Drive continuous improvement
20 Ensure compliance/cyber safety
