Responsible for Overall IT process management Order to Cash/ Demand Management for TS Spinco

The individual for this role needs to be able to build strong relationship with the relevant Business partners, Project managers, and our Customers

Individual will work also with business users, quality assurance teams and application development teams to ensure that high quality solutions are delivered right and fast, on SAP platforms and related Systems.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Supports the process optimization and development of efficient Order management and provide effective solutioning in SAP and related expertise.
  • Supports Business leaders to define requirements and assist with Process Improvement in the area of Order management, Demand Planning
  • You will work with global project teams to deliver effective methodologies from Business Case to Post mortem review / lesson Learnt
  • You will plan and organize project/ program activities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • You will support and identify risks and manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of critical business requirements, recommending process improvement and IT solutions that provide competitive advantage.Assure IT solutions deployed in the business remain compliant and are continuously improved to drive better business results.

  • Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

  • Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one

  • Training - Providing training on system as needed, particularly with new team members

    Work closely with internal and external partners and participate in all phases of new implementation, measure Success

  • Analyze and recommend configuration changes in support of enhancement requests

  • Design, integrations between domain area and other applications / systems.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • PMP Certified / Agile Certified a plus
  • Understand of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Work independently with minimal supervision


  • 5+ years as a functional expert
  • SAP Order management / SD EDI module / Scheduling agreements and Automotive Contract knowledge (Kanban, JIT etc)
  • Automotive knowledge.
  • Experience in Agile Project delivery
  • Experience in managing suppliers and extended Project Teams
  • Experience in PMO design and Metrics
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision
