Junior Accounts Payable Assistant

• Route queries to the relevant process team in organization as necessary;

• Communicate with vendors or AP team members as required to ensure accurate and timely resolution of all queries received;

• Assisting in the validation of all Payable items;

• Analyze and sort each payable document coming through in hard copy and sorting it based on its billing

entity;

• Perform data entry activities for payable items for the AP teams across SBGs to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments;

• Overall maintenance of all supporting documents, making sure they are updated and accurate;

• Investigate and resolve queries, regarding P2P matters, either by phone or email;

  • Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
  • Individuals who are self-motivatedand do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
  • Ability to focus on important information and identify key details.
  • Professional and courteous communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web based programs
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Associate's degree preferred
