Support the development of IT strategy and provide effective project management expertise for IT.

You will work closely with the CDIO (Chief Digital and Information Officer) and Strategy Leader to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery whilst monitoring the IT/Digital Strategy process and its Transformation. You will be in charge of the Strategy IT Portfolio Management and its mid- and long term budgeting.

You will drive programs that execute the Information Technology strategy and vision to enable business growth and profitability and align with all key stakeholders from the IT/Digital progress & performance.

You will be in charge of:

• Ensuring the implementation of relevant process in order to deliver a value driven project portfolio.

• Proposing and implementing the key indicators of the health of the IT Project Portfolio.

• Proposing improvement actions for an optimized management of the project portfolio and the capacity planning of the resources from a strategic point of view.

Strategy and Governance:

• Facilitate and support business in the decision-making process for project portfolio

•Management of the portfolio of projects, and their follow-up on the criteria Quality, Costs, Deadlines and Risks and align with operational PMO.

•Optimal use of allocated resources and manages the capacity planning.

Portfolio management and reporting:

•Defines project portfolio management reports and KPIs based on the needs of the different departments and deliver the CDIO Dashboard.

•Ensures the monthly reporting of the project portfolio and resource capacity planning to the various Business and IT Governance bodies and aligned with operational PMO and the operational budgeting.

•Conducts quality follow-up and communication presentations.

•Identify risks, creates remediation plans for projects to be launched and in progress: leads decision-making on inter-project relations and proposes project priorities.

•Identifies bottlenecks in IT resources and entities / regions, project start-up risks, cross-domain impacts.

•Develops a consolidated vision of all projects by entity / region in corporation with the strategy lead by period to identify risks on IT and business resources and proposes actions to limit them.

Process definition and improvements:

•Defines / complements the portfolio management and capacity planning processes: maintains the documentation of these processes.

•Offers actions to improve processes and tools. Implements and manages the project portfolio tool to allow an optimum use in keeping with the evolutions of the other internal tools managed on the same platform.

•Regularly informs / trains internal and external IT teams about the processes and their evolutions as well as the use of the tool in place.

•Ensures the consistency and quality of the data entered in the tool and organizes the necessary reminders to all the IT teams: works closely with the domain leaders, the IT business partners and the IT project managers together.

Methodological advice:

•Ensures the "mentoring" of project managers / functional and technical with a methodological contribution (project management methodology…), to help them reduce risks and bring fluidity to the organization.

•Define with the IT and Business managers the indicators of success of the projects and ensure their measurement / realization at the end of the projects (Post Mortem process).

•Contributes to the highest quality of projects and user satisfaction.

•Respects all the procedures in force within TS IT.

YOU MUST HAVE:
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, or similar field such as Technology.

•7 years of relevant experience in IT.

•Experience with MS Office, Project Management, Agile and Waterfall techniques.

•PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred.

Managerial and technical skills:

•Experience of international and matrix organizations.

•Knowledge of the automotive/industry business environment.

•Control of project management and monitoring (planning, resource management and budget), including cross-functional projects (multi-functional areas).

•Sharing of project objectives.

•Multi-domain technical-functional knowledge.

•Knowledge of the office tools including excel and ppt.

•Fluent in English.
