Sr. Marketing Supervisor

Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life

Responsibilities:

Supports strategic business needs via

every day current activities

Proposes and validates direct

teams’ strategies, ensuring alignments between business and site

Site AOP/ key performance

indicators

Collaborate with functions to build

the head count plan every year and maintain the structure; Plan & approves costs

Follow site MOS, as part of site leadership extended team

(1 meeting/month and part of distribution list for critical communications)

Ensures a proper recruitment, onboarding, and

trainings for new staff

Setting Goals & manage operational

activities

Support functional goals; Supervise daily activity and allocation of workload by

alignment with direct manager and matrix managers

Employees development

Provides HPD assessment based on

matrix manager input; discuss with employee related on needs for development

and next steps, write IDP, manage career path, or leads performance improvement

plans

Provide

coaching to ensure success; Supports communication and

engage people

Supports Reward & Recognition

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications

or business

·

4+ years of experience in marketing operations

functions

·

Experience in working in a matrix environment

and in managing multipole priorities

·

Experience with marketing automation and CRM

systems

·

Knowledge of marketing concepts, methods and

techniques

·

Ability to lead and influence people at

different levels of the organization

·

Ability to think in a strategic manner and to

set clear objectives

·

Excellent written and verbal communication and

interpersonal skills
