MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End-to-end support of approving Honeywell Travel claims globally
  • Auditing of Travel Claim for Honeywell Globally in line with the Travel policy
  • Scrutinize claims for non-compliance and deviation from the global / local T&E policies
  • Perform critical follow up to ensure no financial impact to the organization due to delayed payment approvals.
  • On time Approval and Meeting Month End Cutoffs Globally
  • Strong emphasis on customer service, meeting goals, approval of reports on time to ensure no financial impact to company or employee and achieving results
  • Ensure all reports are validated on or before the regional / country cutoff date to enable on time payment to card vendors and or to employees for out of pocket expenses
  • Liaise with team internally to enhance process efficiently and maximize security controls.
  • Interact with business partners and customers thru emails and phone
  • Interaction with Employees and Manager
  • Engage employees, Managers and HR owners for validation for claims and for approvals.
  • Work with various internal team on operational issue and take ownership on closure of any open / pending issues
  • Support additional responsibilities within the Audit and Compliance function
  • Mentor new hires and deliver training on need basis
  • Adhoc Reporting and supporting Audit initiatives to build a robust control from a process as well as system perspective.
  • Deploy six sigma tool to the processes supported to enable max efficiency and productivity gains
  • Play a key role in identifying process issues, non-compliance areas etc and working with the Process lead and Assistant Manager to close out identified gaps

    20 End-to-end support of approving Honeywell Travel claims globally

    20 Adhoc Reporting and supporting Audit initiatives

    20 Play a key role in identifying process issues, non-compliance areas

    20 Scrutinize claims for non-compliance and deviation

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A BS or BA in finance, accounting, management or a similar area
  • Experience preferably on an Audit / fraud check related process
  • T&E experience
  • Experience in reporting, variance analysis and trend analysis of cost & expenses
  • Good knowledge of working on MS Excel
  • Should be willing to work in shifts
