Are you curious about what this role implies?

  • Actively seeking out, planning and leveraging internal and external relationships to drive business for HBS. Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
  • Proactively leading, managing and executing the disciplined sales process from start to finish, anticipating customer needs and requirements and ensuring that they are met at every step of the way, from sale to execution
  • Exhibits extensive knowledge of the customers’ business, strategic drivers, financial requirements and is able to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization
  • Providing strategic vision for order, margin and growth in new accounts, new markets, and new geographies while driving self and others for positive business results
  • Acting as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with prospects
  • Ensures profitable growth in the form of new customers and new opportunities

Then you should have:​​

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, IT etc.)
  • Solid strategic sales experience on a similar market
  • Deep technical knowledge/experience with HVAC OR fire&security systems
  • Advanced English language knowledge
  • Computer skills: MS Office; salesforce.com will be considered a great asset
  • Ability to work independently through an end to end sales process
