We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Engineer in Brisbane.

As a Sales Engineer, you will provide a key role in assisting all parts of the HBS Sales Team with a focus on winning orders and improving the customer experience.You will work across a variety of opportunities, assisting in develop our design, pricing and formal proposal responses to submit to our customers.This is a development role that gives an introduction and first-hand experience to the skills required to develop customer specific value propositions, with a plan towards progressing to a Sales Professional role carrying a full Sales Quota.

You will work closely with all parts of the business including:

·Sales team (Account Managers and Business Consultants) – ensure customer requests are managed and dealt in a timely and responsive manner.

Assist in keeping SFDC (CRM Tool) is accurate and up to date for business forecasting.

Assist in the Sales process - this includes internal opportunity presentations, customer and account reviews

· Solution Architects – understand the client requirements and intent to design a complex solution.

· Project Operations – understand the project delivery requirements such as time constraints, delivery schedule and labour resources.

· Service team – understand ongoing maintenance requirements, work with Service Supervisors to assist Account Managers in day to day management of client requirements

To be considered for this role, you should ideally hold an Engineering degree and preferably have experience in an automation and control systems environment. You will understand the challenges of being in sales and ideally have experience in working closely with a sales team.
