Become a member of the CLW eFab team to build, repair, support, assemble, and debug Test Equipment for CLW Space and Defense projects, as well as Factory Support. Be part of a team that assembles and repairs equipment for highly complex products. You will participate in the build support and repair of test equipment across multiple products and applications. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
WE VALUE
  • Extensive experience as an Electronics Technician
  • IPC Certified (or willing to get IPC certified)
  • Extensive experience building / fabrication of Test Equipment and assemblies
  • Strong computer skills for using email, skype, e-traveler tool, WRS tool, etc
  • Able to read and understand electronic prints and schematics
  • Can perform all aspects of the job (assembly, marking, peer check, continuity test / check, electrical wiring, mechanical assembly)
  • Understanding of the red-line process
  • Familiarization of the procurement system, working with shipping / receiving, inspection, SAP, e-stock is a plus
  • Experience working in an Aero environment is a plus
  • Have practical experience working with engineering equipment
  • Be able to find effective solutions based on root causes
  • Sound technical judgment and opinions.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
