Position Responsibilities :
Secondary Responsibilities :
Assist in resolving carrier payment and billing issues
20 Serve as primary contract for freight claims processing, escalation, and resolve
20 Create and maintain claims issue tracking system and analysis
20 Analyzes dangerous goods system data to minimize both costs and risks
20 Review and update existing standard operating practices (SOP) manual
20 Record, analyze, and report issues for trends and in-depth analysis
