We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Security Technician , based in Darwin, NT.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take charge of servicing customer sites with a focus on components of existing security systems as well as electrical and general maintenance across site as required, to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Accountabilities include;
· Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise)
· Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance.
· Configuration of Security systems hardware and software
· Diagnose faults and repairs on Security head end systems
· Software load and configuration of EBI / DVM Systems.
· Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader
· Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed.
The ideal candidate will have an Electrical or Electronics qualification and have experience with fault finding and repairs of electronic equipment, as well as management, repair and maintenance of IT systems including hardware and software.
