Honeywell Tasmania’s projects team is seeking a highly-motivated Project Engineer/Technician to join their team.
Key tasks will include the engineering design, software production, SCADA development and commissioning of both BMS and Security systems.

At a minimum, intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential. The role is increasingly computer based, where PLC controllers achieve system connectivity through customer IT networks. SCADA systems are centrally served often within virtual environments. Project upgrades consistently require competent computer skills as operating systems are advanced along with hardware and network improvements.
Should the successful applicant not hold an electrical trade qualification, they will be required to complete and attain a ‘restricted electrical’ license, ensuring safe access to Honeywell control systems.
