Support - Incident Investigation of Tier 3 and Support Tier 2 & 1
Support - Near Miss Incident Program
Support – Job Hazard Analysis Program
Environmental Programs (as needed)
Support Training Database management
Support the field
HSE program, including; creation and distribution of UOP Field Cards
Facilitate the training improvements on content and delivery methods, including development of training modules, management of training assignments in
The employee would be expected to become a learning hub administer to manage HS&E training in the
learning hub system.
Support or lead instructor-led training sessions.
Assist in the production online training and in identifying sourcing of external training vendors.
Honeywell and Regulatory HS&E Systems Management
Maintain ES&E HS&E documentation such as OSHA logs, incident investigation & reports, and action associated items.
Support improvement initiatives for HON HSEMS.
Support and maintain Employee led Monthly Safety Meeting (SMS) information including the roll out of new initiatives and communications.
Field HS&E Program Records Management
Manage databases, documentation and records associated with existing HS&E Field programs.
Customer and 3rd Party Qualification Database Management
Assist with Customer Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Invitation to Bid request from Regional Services and Sales / Sales Support.
Assist with management of 3rd Party Database documentation.
Questionnaire(s), Insurance, Worker’s Compensation, Statistical metrics, Company HR policies, Written Safety Programs, Training Requirements and Training records.
Day to Day includes:
Project Progress and Performance Update
PPE and Grainger Account management
Support upkeep and maintenance of ES&E HSE SharePoint site.
MS: Document Map and Records Management (Documentum).
Other tasks as assigned/as arise.
