Manage the front line sellers. You will identify and generate sales opportunities. You will drive sales of products, systems and services to different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

* RESPONSIBILITIES *

  • Local Sales Leader for HIS
  • Industrial Safety or Electrical or Mechanical Experience would be ideal
  • Sales Experience - go to market experience
  • Channel Sales experience
  • Distribution Management experience
  • Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time
  • Develop account plans for existing channel partners, in line with regional channel strategy, and execute the objectives quickly and clearly
  • Prepare personal development plans and reviews for staff ensuring that local HR laws are adhered to at all times
  • Planning and commercial excellence
  • Ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time
  • Understand matrix and functional management and work with team members and peers to drive a common goal
  • Deliver change to the business is a positive, understanding and forward thinking manner
  • Be an integral part of the sales team and a closer of major opportunities
  • Expected to build a sales plan and strategies
  • People management (2-3 years’ experience)
  • 7-10 years’ experience in total
  • Ability to connect with C level customers
  • Hunting role – ability to go in market and open new customer accounts
  • Ideally Industrial experience in Oil and Gas, GE, Emerson, Heba (distributed for 3M) Aramco – ideally strong connections in Aramco
  • Business Degree or Electrical and Mechanical Degree (a plus but not essential)
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master's degree / equivalent, with some experience.
