Field Service Leader required to Manage a Service Organization of BMS and M&E engineers and supervisors. Must have experience in Leading/managing a BMS/M&E service business successfully with a proven and consistent track record. Have very good knowledge of basic service requirements such as Health & Safety standards, PPM completion, extra works, contract types, customer satisfaction, framework agreements, etc. Must focus on meeting customer needs and achieving financial and non-financial targets whilst growing the business. IT skills such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel required and comfortable with financial tool SAP.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal so able to motivate people to achieve their potential. You must be able to drive a business forward to overcome obstacles and achieve targets and growth are essential for the role. Holding regular engineers and customer meetings ensuring actions are driven forward and good relationships are built. Able to forecast accurately, control your P&L and work with other department managers such as Sales, Projects and Finance.
Must ensure all team has a personal development plan that is aligned with business requirements, and reviewed/measured on a regular basis. You must be self-motivated, consensus and hard working with sound engineering knowledge in BMS and M&E and want to succeed.
YOU MUST HAVE
•10 years of Service Leadership experience, with experience in the field.
