OEM & Trade Sales Leader - META

The OEM and Trade Sales Leader is responsible for promoting the Connected Building products in OEM & Trade channels in Middle East, Turkey & Africa region. Develop, implement and achieve annual sales plans along with key goals and objectives that will help drive the business forward for the longer term. Develop and maintain a professional customer relationship and promote the objectives and ethos of the company always.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the customer base in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.
  • Agree annual sales plans with each of the OEM/distributors and hold regular review meetings throughout each fiscal year to discuss performance year to date; this will include sales, prospect lists and key goals and objectives.
  • Promote the company’s product range and their applications to key specifiers and decision influencers on a consistent basis with the prime objective of getting specified.
  • Provide professional support and guidance to the customer base and seek to actively promote the companies’ products and services at all opportunities.
  • Identify needs and develop country wise strategy, identify new OEM’s to grow the business.
  • Work across the country sales teams and leverage their presence to increase number of accounts.
  • Provide timely feedback in areas of time management, call reports, market requirements, customer issues, competitor activity, new business opportunities and any other matters deemed to be important to maintain the customer relationship and grow the business.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Mechanical/Electronics or similar relevant field
  • Extensive experience in HVAC products, OEM or Distribution Sales

  • Deep and comprehensive understanding of the HVAC Equipment Manufacturers and related distribution business, customers and decision influencers, across all territories and segments.
  • Excellent team and communication skills

  • An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
  • Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
  • Deep technical expertise
