Service Manager META - Hardware Fix & Repair

Management of the service operational delivery for SPS META

  • Manage a team of technical service support and field service engineers and drive the solving of service problems for the customer
  • Manage large direct and indirect partners and end user’s day to day delivery
  • Volume service delivered through 2 tier distribution – ensuring understanding of the contracted service and performance to contract
  • Customer satisfaction – regular performance review and SLA performance exceeds customer expectation
  • Drive timely responses to customer demands by supporting the coordinating efforts of different teams
  • Build business acumen while learning to address customer's technical needs
  • Local service management escalation of service issues from customers and partnersService management of local META in country service partner base
  • IGSP – manage and review IGSO performance in-region – ownership of operational or logistical escalations
  • ISL – management of operational delivery, performance to agreement and financial conformance to agreements
  • Ensure GCPR conformance to target
  • Ensure quality delivery of repairs in line with HON standards.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience of managing a fix/repair center within IT hardware
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Problem solving skills
