Reporting to the Sr Director, Human Resources,the successful candidate for this position will develop and own broad range of human resources strategies in support of the SPS organization around the World.

You and your team will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.

Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups.

Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development and/or Business Management
