Responsible for driving sales for specific customer accounts or region. You will achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives. You will solution sell a portfolio of Connected Worker offerings by conveying strategic and financial value to customers. You will increase sales by recommending new Connected Worker software product offerings to existing and new customers. You will be responsible for increasing the customer base and influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. You will prospect, qualify and in some cases help push to close both pilots and proper sales in tandem with outside sales. You will also drive new customer leads to outside sales. You will liaise with multiple factions to help solve customer problems. You will analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in selling software, preferably SaaS
• Advanced degree
• Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently
• Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
• Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets
• Prior industrial experience (oil and gas, transportation, mining, manufacturing, etc.)
• The ability to solution sell
