In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your significant experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the SPS leadership team.

This key leadership role in the Labor and Employee Relations (LER) COE leads the LER function for the Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) business.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations programs and training in non-union environments
25 LER lead for business and HR leadership teams
25 Repositioning projects
25 Contract negotiations
25 Employee relations
