An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr Human Resources Manager in Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) business unit located in Geismar, LA. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your significant experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the PMT leadership team. The Sr Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting our Gulf Coast Region (Geismar, LA & Baton Rouge, LA(2)).

Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT) is a global leader in providing customers with high-performance specialty materials, including fluorine products; specialty films and additives; advanced fibers and composites; intermediates; specialty chemicals; electronic materials and chemicals; and technologies and materials for petroleum refining.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources – Integrated Supply Chain with a matrix relationship to the Plant Managers the Sr Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Sites Leadership Team, and is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Industrial/Employee Relations
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
