The Site Support Team Lead acts as an escalation point for customer and team issues. This position directly interfaces with clients and coordinates the resolution of customer issues. This is a working delivery lead position, with at least 50% of the role still requiring hands on site support focused on site based projects.
Primary coordinator for all activity in the assigned region; provide direction for regional contracted resources.
Responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on service operations; metrics, capacity, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensures resources and activities are aligned all audit and compliance obligations.
Ensures that service levels related to services and projects are maintained and achieved at the expected quality agreed upon with customers at a high level of satisfaction.
Take action on potential risks and issues and escalate to senior management if escalation is required.
Adapts to processes and methods and adopts approaches to align to current and future business needs.
Interface with business and IT customers to understand expectations and assist with managing issues and workload with appropriate partners.
Maintains a strong understanding for the customers’ business and develops productive working relationships throughout the organization.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and status updates of IT projects across the site support team and other IT and business functions.
Develop relationships throughout the business as well as the overall program to ensure customer satisfaction
