As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the lifecycle (cradle to grave) of critical products comprising our Fall Protection Soft Goods. Working with business leadership, Global Product Management, engineering, operations, integrated marketing and sales, you be a key leader in our regional and new product development process. You will be the type of person that thrives at working in a fast paced, high-energy environment and will have the desire to learn and grow into future leadership roles. Qualified candidates will be results-oriented, self driven, and have the ability to successfully prioritize and execute many detailed tasks at any given time. This role includes working with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and is responsible for regional product planning, commercialization of NPI and existing products, lifecycle management, pricing, demand generation, and forecasting of products within our Fall Protection portfolio. Additionally, this is a customer facing role that may require meeting directly with a diverse cross section of customer stake holders in the U.S. and Canadian markets focusing on both Industrial Safety Distributors and End Customers. Developing and managing new product introduction (NPI) pipeline, including voice of the customer (VOC), business case development & justification, and needs requirement definition in our defined markets. Acting as a Product Owner in an agile product environment to get new products and features developed quickly with our engineering and global PM teams. Developing comprehensive Product Marketing plans for assigned portfolio of products - including positioning, pricing, demand generation, profitability improvement, lifecycle management planning - for sale in the Americas.
