As a Sales & Sales Incentive Plan Administrator, you will be responsible in supporting the Global Vice President of Commercial Sales in sales reporting and sales admin activities due during the month and to support the compensation needs of our EMEA sales organization by helping to manage our commission system and the associated reporting.
•Update and run global weekly sales reports
•Support the Global Sales Vice President needs during the month
•Build monthly sales overview pack for the monthly sales review
•Maintain and help run the sales incentive compensation system
•Support our sales organization in any and all compensation related matters
•Create, route, track and reconcile sales compensation plans
•Respond to inquiries from the sales team in a timely manner
•Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to drive business insight
•Work on special projects such as process improvements, training, presentations

5 Continuous improvement activities
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
•Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task with moderate supervision
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•DocuSign usage and reporting experience
•Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
