Sales Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Managing Director in driving Commercial and Sales Excellence through the business while ensuring local Marketing and Marcomms campaigns succeed.

Working closely with each functions of the business it is imperative that we use our CRM effectively, which will be the tool used by Sales, but also where we see the customer engagement in all we do. This role will be important in driving constant improvement in this area.

We do have Marketing and Marcomms decision makers in the US but we need to administer campaigns, exhibitions, data sheets, applications etc that meet the local requirements, requirements and local cultural differences that makes deployment different. This role is fundamental to that undertaking.

Creation of BI frameworks, analytical measurement of the Sales Team and reporting of such is another key role to support the ROI, which will mean close co-operation with our Customer Service and Financial teams.

Key Result Areas:

  • Assist in the key Exhibitions and Forums for the Business.
  • Ensure ROI of events, customer capture and reporting is maintained
  • Create Campaigns for product introduction, product enhancement or cadence of knowledge share
  • Administer the CRM, monitoring and creating constant adoption add improvement
  • Manage sales opportunity reporting, ensuring diligence by the Sales Team
  • Assist in the creation of communication, sales collateral and training manuals for tool deployment and process change
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Constant CRM (SFDC) Improvement to assist Sales Managers in leading their teams

Person Specification:

  • Strong working background in a customer service/sales administration role
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills,
  • Experience with SAP, CRM Salesforce and Microsoft office suite is strongly preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work independently and take direction from others
