Honeywell! Homes and Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products.

In 2018, Honeywell will be spinning off the Homes and Global Distribution business into

a stand-alone, publicly traded company. Being a stand-alone company will provide the business the independence, focus, direct financial resources, and flexibility required to adapt quickly to market and customer dynamics, and we want you to be part of its evolution.

We are assembling a group of sales professionals to become part of this dynamic and successful team – a team committed to empowering patients to confidently manage their own health; proactively connect them, at the right time, to better informed physicians and care managers. And, this is only the beginning. As a LifeCare Solutions Sales Representative you will be responsible for creating detailed sales plans for a defined territory targeting healthcare firms that engage in Home patient monitoring. You will facilitate the presentation of products and services to prospective Clinical Care Professionals in the healthcare space to achieve assigned sales goals. This will involve creating, implementing, and follow-up of a monthly target account plan focused on the customers and products/services that result in the achievement of monthly revenue goals. This is a remote opportunity with extensive travel within the South West region. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas or Houston with access to a large airport hub.

The LifeCare Solutions Sales Representative will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. The LifeCare Solutions Sales Representative will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers and customers

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop Territory Management plans to achieve sales budgets
  • Direct ongoing engagement and growth with existing customer base
  • Engagement and conversion of user’s of competitive solutions
  • Development and growth of an opportunity pipeline
  • Engagement with Hospitals, Home Health Agencies & Payers to promote Honeywell Life Care Solutions and create new business opportunities
  • Value selling at the C-Suite level across segments
  • Use of Salesforce.com to manage opportunities across business
  • Collaboration with marketing and engineering in support of customer requirements

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record
