Sr Product Marketing - Connected Process

Lead and direct the product marketing activities for Honeywell UniSim Design and Predict Corrosion Suites. You will be responsible for the Go-To-Market plan for each solution area. Additional responsibilities include the market analysis, development of the value proposition and commercial readiness of the product, and sales enablement. You will be required to partner with Product Management, Marcom and Sales. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, influence development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio. You will integrate cross-functional inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

-Develop the go-to-market strategies to drive and increase brand awareness, be the product line evangelist both internally and externally.

-Drive pipeline growth for product line and track industry trends and identify new initiatives through marketing campaigns.

-Develop robust business strategies to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs and value delivered

-Provide insight on competitive landscape, input to pricing strategies based on value delivered relative to customer's next best alternative

YOU MUST HAVE

-Undergraduate degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering

-Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience (use, development, product marketing) with UniSim software solutions or other process simulation software solutions

-Understanding of the work processes associated with process simulation (Refining, Upstream or Chemical industries) environment.

-MBA

-Strong understanding of business financials

-Ability to work within a highly global matrixed environment

-Demonstrated track record of success through leading and influencing

-Quickly identifies patterns among problems & issues

-Makes timely decisions balancing systematic analysis

-Significant experience in product or strategic marketing

-Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues

-Experience & ability to apply to product line.
