Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the SPS units of Honeywell that applies its expertise and
knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.
Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer. Uses problem analysis to proactively identify quality process solutions. Provide analysis of data in support of quality and process improvements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-NPI/NPE country product certification
-Improve Sustaining efforts with local factory needs, inclusive of new product transfers.
-Support Itajuba factory inspections and support traceability of critical components.
-Support of regulation changes, and provide localized recommendations back to compliance team
-Support local customer requests for product certifications and supporting documentation requests
-Support global HGR Compliance requirements
-Support ISO and Internal Audits as required
-Improve the certification time and costs for Brazil certification process and testing.
-Global product certification by country.
-Global product certification renewals (sustaining certification) including all Brazil certifications.

YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
-Strong English communication skills, writing and speaking.
-Hands on work ethic
-Out of box thinking
-Provide clear and concise communications
-Proficient computer skills
-Knowledge of six sigma tools
-Ability to partner with others on projects
-Understanding of quality processes
-Knowledge in Document Configuration Control for products
-Drawing and document look ups within the factory systems.
