Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
Ensure the design solution is fit for purpose in meeting the project requirements with the lowest cost of delivery.
Drive the project team to minimise the cost of labour in delivering a successful project through the use of low cost resources while minimising defects and rework
Ensure all projects follow the relevant project procedures, ensure efficient contract management, deploy standard methodologies in the delivery and control of projects and ensure that subcontracts, where applicable, are complete and documented.

- Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning.
- Experienced as project manager from electronic company (not preferred from construction company)
- Excellence communication skill in English
- Able to -use Ms. Project (S-curved)
- Certified in Project Management , budgeting & costing, vendor, subcontractor and contractor management
- Experience in building automation system for Commercial and High Rise and Industrial Building.
- Knowledge in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PAVA
