Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's (return merchandise authorization). You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

* YOU MUST HAVE *

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
  • Fluency in English is a must as you will be liaising with clients from Australia and New Zealand.
  • Flexible to work as per Australia / New Zealand working hours.
  • Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Passionate towards customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivated
