This position reports to the District General Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the building solutions and service business within the District geography.
As a District Sales Leader, you will be challenged to use solid business development judgment, sales processes and management skills to lead a high performing Business Consultant sales team focused on acquiring new customers while achieving the financial / non-financial goals. You will utilize your experience in the Building Solutions industry to direct, coach, lead and mentor this sales force to provide high quality solutions and service of Building Automation, Fire, Security and HVAC systems.
Be willing to travel as necessary throughout the District - up to 25% (some overnight travel).
