Support Honeywell Industrial safety deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation flame detection by designing, testing and validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

  • Refine and expand your engineering skills in a team-based culture by working with innovative products and technologies
  • Partner with various project teams to reach effective solutions to complex electrical engineering problems

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics, Computer science Engineering
WE VALUE
  • Hands-on Experience of Micro-controller interfacing and Analog to Digital data conversion, designing with opamps, transistors, MOSFET, linear & switching regulators, Currentoutput (4-20mA) circuits
  • Hands-on knowledge of sensors, instrumentation and digital interfaces
  • Good knowledge about various serial communication protocols such as RS485, USB, SPI and I2C
  • Hands on experience with comprehensive error budgeting of electronic circuits and good knowledge on noise analysis
  • Hands-on experience on EMI/EMC & best practices in the design & exposure to certification of products
  • Experience in basic circuit simulation (PSPICE/SABER)
  • Experience in PCB schematics & layout design tools (ORCAD/Mentor Graphics)
  • Design for manufacturability, assembly & testing expertise
  • Knowledge on HART & Modbus communication protocols
  • Able to understand the product specific compliance requirements and Product testing & certification aspects such as EMI/EMC, ESD, Thermal vibration etc. with respect to various standards
