Homes and Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products.
In 2018, Honeywell will be spinning off the Homes and Global Distribution business into
a stand-alone, publicly traded company. Being a stand-alone company will provide the business the independence, focus, direct financial resources, and flexibility required to adapt quickly to market and customer dynamics, and we want you to be part of its evolution.
Lead and manage a national Systems Design team in the wholesale security, low voltage &
audio/video distribution space. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. Responsible for managing multiple key vendor relationships and coordinating trainings for the team. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for sales growth. You will liaise with multiple
factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. This position will also closely partner and collaborate with internal IVR, desktop tools and support teams as well as numerous external teams across the business. The Systems Design Team Manager is also directly responsible for delivering all approved programs/projects and work requests on time, within budget with required business functionality and ROI. Additionally,
this position will be responsible for assisting with and directing all contact center system integrations including voice recording and analytics (Avaya), workforce management, Voice call back.
Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective Pre-Sales System Design team. Help ADI Global Distribution be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Sales function & Customer Experience. Utilize your knowledge of Industry products to lead a team focused on System Design innovation and customer satisfaction.
