BAS Field Service Technician

Leads successful servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will provide preventative maintenance to existing control systems with small enhancement projects. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and service of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.

Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users, peers, and competitors

Share knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team ability

Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings

40 Repair Work Orders

30 Inspect for Quality

30 Provide Customer Support

* YOU MUST HAVE *

  • Bachelors of Applied Science or a College/Technical diploma in an electronics or mechanical program
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Experience with HVAC Controls
  • Experience with PSC programming, process automation or electronics instrumentation experience
  • Valid driver’s license

* WE VALUE *

  • Previous technical/service experience
  • Networking experience is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
  • Good presentation skills
