Via face to face meetings and the telephone, maintain and develop relationships with assigned contract customers. Attend to customer needs and requests, serving as liaison to appropriate Honeywell personnel and departments and tracking action items to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Facilitate resolution of customer issues. Collaborate with management and service team to help forecast future agreement escalations. Work with the management and sales to renew the service agreements of assigned customers at profitable margins. Seek out potential revenue opportunities including customer's budgeted upgrades or expansions, forwarding these opportunities to the Regional Sales Leaders for distribution. Understanding and expressing the value that Honeywell brings, to the customer, to drive specific business outcomes. Meet monthly deadlines for customer contact reporting.
Meet monthly deadlines for agreement escalation input. Prepare and maintain contract documents
Meet and exceed goals and objectives for customer retention. Participate as a member of the Canada Region Customer Advocate Team by sharing ideas and providing input to improve customer retention.
Supports Sales team by providing agreement financial standing, past history, Contract Audits, agreement addendums/amendments.
