Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Lead the District in effective operational readiness and successful deployment of critical key initiative orders. Act as an enabler for the District to maintain focus on delivery to the core HBS Business model, while also ensuring that there remains a critical focus on the processes and discipline to drive multiple sales initiative so that initiatives orders are accretive to Business as Usual. Lead the transformation of the District businesses to a profitable connected future. Support the District General Manager and District Functions to assess the workforce readiness for OBS (Migration and Conversion), Cyber capability and ensures that there is an effective local resource plan in place, which is supported by the functional overlay. Develop and maintain critical score cards and dashboards. Be responsible for the successful sales of Infrastructure Renewal and Security within the District.
