Honeywell Building Solutions is currently seeking a Service Business Leader based in Markham, ON. Provide hands on and strategic leadership for the Service business. Lead the Service business to deliver a customer-centric service experience that brings profitable growth. Lead growth of the existing service offerings in parallel to building a connected services business. Take overall responsibility for the Service Operations function of the District and establish and deploy the overall vision and strategy for the Service Operations function. Continuously improve the service customer experience by ensuring that the service delivery team is leveraging world-class service processes, tools and technologies that deliver value to our customers. Deliver the Annual Operating Plan with accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial estimates and results. Work closely with the Service Sales Leader and District Deployment Leader to develop a clear strategy to grow the existing service bank and deliver a connected building services solutions. Lead collaboration with the energy business to ensure project pull-through and projects to service conversion. Set the standard for collaboration between Service Sales and Operations. Ensure that processes are in place and are executed to ensure service contracts are resourced properly.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a service or technology business leadership role
WE VALUE
  • Previous industry Building Automation Solutions experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to understand financial data at contract level
  • Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
  • Demonstrated ability to effective manage a team
  • Previous customer service experience
