Honeywell Intelligrated is looking for an entry-level Industrial Engineer to support our Installation Department. This position will be based out of our Mason, OH facility.
This position’s primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying and leading time studies related to installation of material handling systems. Systems will include conveyor, cross belt and tilt tray, palletizers, robots and shuttles. This will include the creation of cost effective processes and related metrics, as well as work measurement programs to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines. This position will be responsible for determining and recommending how to best use the installation work force to achieve maximum productivity.
Identify and lead time studies for cost reduction efforts.
Responsible for analyzing and creating reports from time study data collected.
Will lead/support business IT initiatives such as labor tracking technology.
Creates and maintains KPI's related to installation processes and project expenditures.
Performs product/process risk assessments as needed to support safety team.
May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent required
Microsoft Office Suite
Solid Written and Verbal Communication
Good Presentation Skills
Able to travel estimate 50-60%
•Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams
•Relevant industrial engineering experience
•Some experience in manufacturing or construction environment
•Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within industrial engineering
•Strong command of MS Excel for data reporting
